Bob develops innovative venues for businesses and organizations to effectively integrate social and traditional media using research, measurement and evaluation. He is working with the Entwine Team to develop RFVsm (Resources For Value), a new metric for evaluating social media and Integrated Marketing strategies.
Bob is a dynamic marketing professional with more than 25 years of experience in branding, consumer research, strategic planning, and database development. Most recently as Starbucks’ Director of Consumer Insights, Bob was responsible for all market intelligence worldwide. Bob’s extensive consumer work has included work with Quiznos, Samsonite, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Chesebrough-Ponds.
